2013 Season

Electron Speed wiring/harnessing survives fire and keeps on running despite connector melting.
Want a reason why we use such high quality wire? This car suffered a small engine fire. Even though the factory coil melted onto the engine our wires were durable enough that the car remained the fastest on the circuit and ran two sessions and qualified like this before there was a large enough schedule gap to fix it. Some times situations get tough, but we have it covered.

Electron Controls-designed shifter in the fastest car at VIR
Mike Hartley had the fastest car at an American Le Mans Series race weekend at Virginia International Raceway in the North American Road Racing Association GTU class. He was reaching 180+mph in the track's speed trap on the back straight. This was faster than any of the ALMS prototypes. He is using an engine from Elan Power Products engine controls (including the pictured force sensing shift knob) from Electron Speed.
